Forge, Lantern, and Bastion are public projects by Sean Fraser. They address different parts of operating AI agents: define the system, observe its behavior, and control its traffic. Each project is independently useful and publicly inspectable.
Agent infrastructure as code
Forge keeps agent configuration in version-controlled files. It supports validation, change previews, environment overrides, deployment, and rollback so operational changes are explicit before they reach a live system.

Lantern records instrumented model calls, tool invocations, and custom spans. It supports cost attribution, latency and quality scoring, and inspection across system activity, giving teams a clearer path from an outcome back to the behavior that produced it.

Security gateway for AI agent traffic
Bastion places a policy layer between an application and its model providers. It supports declarative request and response policies, regex PII redaction, heuristic injection checks, in-memory rate limiting, provider fallback, and audit logging through one proxy.
